This week, I had arranged for this morning an appointment at Taws with Zita Nunes, the teacher of Literature, I wanted to greet her before leaving. She suggested me some readings and some sites on Post colonial studies. Today all the buses reserve a seat to remember Rosa Parks, the woman who refused to give a white man her seat. After that event she was arrested, but a movement towards equal rights started.
