Again this morning we left Massa very early in the morning and after 2 hours drive, we got to Luray Caverns in Virginia. There, we went down into a haunting world of stalactites and stalagmites. These ancient formations offer a magnificent spectacle under the surface of the Shenandoah Valley. Every turn of the paved walkways into the caverns leads the visitors into a different scenery filled with towering stone columns, deep gaps and crystal clear pools.
