Today, at MLK school, Sergio and I gave our presentations on Argentina. We worked with four classes during the school day. First, we presented a spotlight on television just to report what we were going to do on that subject to the rest of the school community. Then in the classroom, we presented a Power Point about main facts of Argentina and after reading on special topics about our country, students participated in a “Jeopardy competition”, they were very eager to answer the questions on the new information they had about Argentina. Finally they wrote what they remembered about our presentation on a piece of paper and posted it on a special poster that we had prepared for the occasion. Finally, we left some presents for the students and for the teachers. It was a great experience to teach American students about our country.
